If your talent has set up an account but you can't see it, it's most likely that they have not added you as their representative. Please let talent know that just because they set up their account, it doesn't mean that they will automatically link to you (the representative). 


Your talent will need to add you as their representative. They can do this by going to 'profiles' on the left hand side and click on 'add a new profile'. Talent will be able to fill out this information and add you as their representative. The drop down menu will not have all agents/managers appear, talent will need to physically type in and search for the representative.
