For any requests that are received over the system, they will appear in the form of an email notification that will alert representatives and lead them to the worksheet of their account. 

Once all staff members are added, divisions are created (if needed), and allocated appropriately in the 'staff' tab, representatives will only receive email notifications for their respective talent. 

For example, if a representative is in charge of the commercial division and has the 'commercial' box ticked in the staff tab, they will only receive notification for those talent that are allocated to that specific division. This will be the same for talent who are allocated under 'my talent'.
