If you are a company with several divisions, please make sure to create those divisions in your settings under the 'Divisions' tab.
Once all divisions are created, and all staff members are added - in order for staff to receive notifications/alerts, you must tick the box ON under that staff member in the staff tab.
For example: if you have a COMMERCIAL department, and a THEATRICAL department and those divisions have already been created and staff members added, you will see the words COMMERCIAL and THEATRICAL underneath each staff members' name.
If Mary is the commercial agent, she will need to tick the box for COMMERCIAL, in order to receive all notifications with talent that are allocated under the commercial division.
