You will find the notifications tab in your account settings. This is where you can control how you'd like to be notified of Studio and Self Tape audition requests either via email or SMS simply by enabling each toggle as you see fit.

(Please see the video demonstration at the bottom of this page)

STUDIO AUDITION SETTINGS

1. Auto Forward Requests directly to talent.

This means as soon as casting schedules one of the talent you submitted for a project, you will receive the request, but rather than needing to forward that onto talent it, will automatically do so for you, notifying them by SMS and Email.

2. Auto Forward RESCHEDULE Requests directly to casting.

This means as soon as your talent selects to reschedule their audition request, it will send directly to casting when you receive it in your worksheet, so you won't need to forward it to casting.

**Note though this means any message they posted as part of the reschedule request, will be seen by casting without the ability for you to edit that message.

3. Auto Forward DECLINE Requests directly to casting.

This means as soon as your talent selects to DECLINE their audition request, it will send directly to casting at the same time you receive the update in your worksheet, so you won't need to forward it to casting.

**Note though this means any message they posted as part of their reason for declining will be seen by casting, without the ability for you to edit that message.

SELF TAPE AUDITION NOTIFICATION SETTINGS

1. Auto Forward Requests directly to talent.

This means as soon as casting schedules any talent you submitted for a project, you will receive the request, but rather than needing to forward that onto talent from the worksheet, it will do that automatically for you, notifying them by SMS and Email.

2. Review Self Tapes FIRST before submitting to Casting.

This was previously on the settings and defaults tab but has now moved here. If this is switched ON to first review Self-tapes before submitting to Casting, other options will appear under this setting (detailed below). This is the setting to decide if you are happy for tapes to be sent directly to casting or reviewed by agency first.

3. Notify Agency Staff (or Appropriate Division Staff) when talent submits a Self Tape for review.

If you have the "review ST first before sending to casting" turned ON, you will receive an email when a talent submits their self tape and alert you to login to review/approve it for submission to casting. If it is switched off, you can still see these to review in the Worksheet, you just won't be notified by email each time a tape is submitted.

4. If Deadline is Reached, send Self-tape submissions automatically.

If you have the "review ST first before sending to casting" turned ON, this is the setting to protect you from missing a casting deadline. If a talent submits a Self Tape for your review and its due in 5 hours and you don't get the chance to first review it, when the deadline is reached, it will send to Casting anyway. If this setting is OFF, it will rely on you forwarding it before Casting will be able to see the tape.

5. Receive an email when a Self Tape is submitted to Casting.

This is an email sent to you when any talent submits a Self Tape to Casting (if your settings are set to have tapes go direct to casting and not review them first).

6. Auto Forward DECLINE Self Tape Requests directly to casting.
